1. What sizes do you have available?
Our sizes vary depending on how much property you have to store. You may want to refer to our "Storage
Guide" section to determine what size of storage you feel you need. You can then refer to our "Sizes and Prices" section for
a complete list.
2. What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, check cards with the Visa symbol and Visa credit cards. You can make your
payment in person, mail it to us, drop it into our overnight mail slot, pay by credit card over the phone, or set up your
account on automatic credit card billing. In the near future, we will be offering online payments as well as account access.
3. What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is one month and there are no partial month refunds.
4. What are your office hours?
Our office hours are the same at all of our locations. Generally, our office hours are Monday through
Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our managers will go out of their way to accommodate you.
5. What are your gate access hours?
Our gate access hours are generally from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm 7 days per week. We can make special
arrangements for earlier or later access if your specific needs require it.
6. What kind of documentation do I need with me to rent a unit?
A valid driver's license or other form of picture ID is required to rent a storage unit. for boat,
RV or automobile storage, you must have proof of ownership and they must be operable.
7. Is there a deposit required?
There is no deposit required.
8. Do you offer any specials?
Yes, we offer exciting move-in specials. Please contact your local Storland for all the details.
9. Who can access my unit?
Your security is very important to us. We require all people who are to have access to your unit
be documented in writing by you.
